Group Fitness Trainer
This course is a hybrid between Personal Training and Group Exercise Instruction. This is a mostly practical course and will teach you to use music while training and provide you with new skills to conduct "group training" sessions. Learn to conduct exciting new group fitness classes at your club. Course includes music and movement training, circuit, interval and cardio training with weights, bands, balls, bars and steps, aqua exercise for athletes and all, as well as stretch and relax-body mind exercises.
